The Bartok building that we manage and rent out is the winner of the Heuvelink Prize 2020! The building is located at Kleine Oord in Arnhem.<\/p>\n

This is the biennial Arnhem architecture prize for new construction. Bartok, designed by Barcode Architects on behalf of KondorWessels Projecten, is the winner of the professional jury prize. In addition to the professional jury prize, there is an audience award. The Heuvelinkprijs was awarded in the nineties by the municipality of Arnhem and daily newspaper\u00a0De Gelderlander<\/em>\u00a0created to stimulate local architecture as well as interest in it.<\/p>\n
