Do I have to meet certain rental conditions?
Have you become enthusiastic after seeing the houses and would you love to rent to Frederik. First check if you are eligible! After all, to be able to rent you must meet a number of conditions. These conditions apply to all apartments. For example, the leases are concluded for a minimum period of one year. In addition, the tenant standard has been set at a gross monthly income of at least four times the rent. This means that if you want to rent a house for € 795 per month, you must have at least a gross monthly income of 4 x € 795 = € 38,160. Note: take your monthly income including your holiday contribution and any fixed allowances! You may include your partner's income for 100% in this calculation. The final assessment of the rental candidates takes place via a so-called credit check. For this we must be able to view a number of your personal data, such as identification, income and living situation. Are you self-employed or do you have a temporary employment contract?
