How do we work?

We offer the available rental properties to candidates who are registered with us. We do this according to the steps below.

We first ask you to register with us. This is always free of charge and also without obligation: you will be automatically informed by e-mail as soon as homes are available that fit your living requirements.

Do you see a rental property that meets your wishes? Click on the 'RESPOND' button so that we know that you are interested in this property. If there are several candidates, the property will be offered to the most suitable candidate, after which a viewing can take place. You can find more information about the allocation on the 'criteria' page.

If you are allowed to view it, you will have a look at the current tenant at a house that is not yet empty. At the vacant rental properties, one of our rental employees will visit the property with you.

Have you become even more enthusiastic after the viewing and would you like to rent the house? Then we ask you to upload your documents in your personal my environment / file. On the 'checklist' page you can already find which documents these are. Uploading takes place in a secure environment and, of course, we do in accordance with the GDPR legislation. We start the assessment based on your documents.

Sometimes it can happen that the broker would like to request documents before viewing to avoid disappointment. The broker will inform you clearly about this.

The assessment is aimed at checking whether you meet the guidelines for renting the house. When the file is complete and all documents are in order, you will receive a final agreement from us to rent the house.

If you have provided us with all information correctly, we will start drawing up your rental agreement. This will then be sent to you digitally by e-mail. It is also often signed digitally.

You will be invited by us for the key transfer. During this appointment we walk through the house together and we record its status by means of an inspection. And… you will receive the keys: from that moment on you can start furnishing your new home!

It is possible that in some cases there is a deviation from the above process. The broker will always clearly inform you about this in advance. If you cancel the rental after (verbal) agreement during this process, we are forced to charge our expenses in the amount of (maximum) one month's rent.
